Basic instructions how to see tibetan characters correctly on Windows XP:

• Install support for complex languages (Control Panel >> Regional Settings; choose "Languages" tab; Windows CD necessary)
• Install a recent "usp10.dll" into your Windows\system32 folder (from Office 2003 or 2007)
• Install some fonts; see below for three examples
